What is an Embellished Print?
It is a print that is retouched with actual oil paint.
The print is 100% made in Italy and printed with high quality inks on canvas, they are already stretched on wooden bars and come ready to hang.
Chiara adds textured oil paint to the print to make it look like the original painting.
Once the oil dries it will be ready to be shipped and will be shipped directly from the studio like we do for an original painting.
Why should I collect an Embellished Print?
Embellished Prints are the perfect product if you want something unique and handmade, way more valuable than a regular print and more affordable than an original painting.
They are also perfect if that original painting you love is already sold or perhaps doesn’t have the size you need.
What is the difference between a regular print, an original painting and an Embellished Print?
A Regular Print can be printed on several supports, it is just high quality ink printed on a specific material, it can be printed and collected endlessly, it doesn’t come from Chiara’s studio but from a very high quality company of prints on demand.
An Embellished Print is 100% made in Italy, Chiara has selected the best printing companies in Italy and has tested them herself. The print comes to her studio, she would retouch it with textured oil paint to make it look like the original and then once dried she will ship it to the collector from the studio. They are eligible for international shipping exactly as it applies for an Original Painting.
An Original Painting is the ultimate product. It can have all of the sizes from very small to huge, it is unique. Chiara gets her canvases fabricated and hand made in Italy, she only uses oil paint to express her creativity and visions on her canvases.
Do the Embellished Prints come with a certificate?
Absolutely yes, like it applies to original paintings.
Are the Embellished Prints going to be created in a limited number?
Yes only 35 for each original painting will be created, whether be requested by a collector or created by Chiara based on her own decision and regardless from the size.
What is the average price of an Embellished Print? Can I choose the size I want?
Yes, you can absolutely choose the size you want, you will be dealing directly with Chiara about this and she will personally guide you through the process.
Chiara highly recommends choosing a minimum size of 30x40cm (11×15 inches).
The price is based on the size, it goes 1,5$ per square inch.
In the above example it would be 11×15″ x 1,5= 247$ (plus shipping).
